Our modern, clean workshop spans 5,000 square meters and is equipped with high-speed SMT production lines from Siemens, Germany. We support 008004 chip placement and can accommodate a wide range of components, including BGA, uBGA, and other advanced packages.

2000–2005Obtained ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications and implemented lead-free manufacturing processes.
2012Installed a 3D X-Ray inspection system and a 3D microscope (300x magnification).
2013Implemented an Error Proof System (SMD Barcode System).
2014Installed a 3D SPI (Solder Paste Inspection) system.
2015Added a new SMT production line (SIEMENS/Germany), 3D AOI system (SAKI/Japan), and reflow oven temperature monitoring system.
2016Installed an industrial-grade baking dry cabinet and obtained the APPLE MFi Manufacturing License.
2017Installed a Selective Soldering System, E-SOP System, and additional 3D AOI equipment.
2018Installed a four-spindle automatic screw fastening machine, automatic tape sealing machine, fiber laser marking machine, and upgraded the 3D X-Ray system.
2019Installed the latest CNC PCB Router to replace the previous equipment.

2025Added an error-proof automatic splicer, AI X-Ray Component Counting Machine, and automatic FAI machine.Obtained ISO 13485 certification and initiated implementation of the IATF 16949 system.
